All available Adobe products licensed by TCCD, via Adobe’s Cloud Services, use employee and student email addresses to track access. If you do not have access to the applications after following these instructions, please create a Helpdesk ticket.  https://service.tccd.edu/TDClient/ 

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP is TCCD’s licensed graphics application. Photoshop helps you preview, organize, edit, and publish creative assets: graphics, photos, and art.

ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD is the ‘license catalog’ application for all Adobe products. When installed, you sign into the application with your employee or student email address. You may be required to use your MFA device (multi-factor authentication) to be successful. Verification is timed. If you exceed the time limit to input your MFA code or click ‘Approve’, please try again.

The Adobe Creative Cloud lists TCCD Software Management licensed applications. Installation of software via Adobe CC should NOT require administrator access since the software has already been approved.

Open Adobe Creative Cloud

 

  • Sign in with your email address.
  • [ Continue ]
  • Click Company or School Account.
  • You may be required to use your MFA device (multi-factor authentication) to be successful. Verification is timed. If you exceed the time limit to input your MFA code or click ‘Approve’, please try again.

Adobe Creative Cloud may require an update at sign in. It will notify you of updates being run. It will shut down, then reopen after completion. It may take 15 minutes to complete, depending on your network speed.

 

 

 

Install Adobe Photoshop

  • In Creative Cloud, click [OK] to close the ‘Welcome’ dialog box if it appears.
  • Scroll down the window to view applications available in our license.
    • Students will only see applications their instructors have approved for class work. Instructors must submit a list of students approved to use software for class work each semester. Student access will be removed at semester end.
  • Click the Photoshop install button.
  • Creative Cloud will track the install process. Installation should take 15 minutes, depending on your network speed.

 

 

 

Open Adobe Photoshop

 

 

Uninstall Adobe Photoshop
