Adobe Creative Cloud: Installation

All available Adobe products licensed by TCCD, via Adobe’s Cloud Services, use employee and student email addresses to track access. If you do not have access to the applications after following these instructions, please create a Helpdesk ticket.  https://service.tccd.edu/TDClient/ 

 

ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD is the ‘license catalog’ application for all Adobe products. When installed, you sign into the application with your employee or student email address. You may be required to use your MFA device (multi-factor authentication) to be successful. Verification is timed. If you exceed the time limit to input your MFA code or click ‘Approve’, please try again.

The TCCD COMPANY PORTAL lists TCCD Software Management approved applications. Installation of software via the Company Portal does NOT require administrator access since the software has already been approved.

  •   Click the Start button, bottom left of taskbar.
    •   Look in the C’s for Company Portal.
      •   Open the Company Portal.


          




         
  •   Or, search for ‘company’ … 
  •   If asked: employees choose their campus, students the student category.
           
     

 

 

 

 

  • Left column, ‘Home’
  • There should be two rows of applications.
  • Second row, horizontal scroll bar, click Adobe Creative Cloud and [ Install ] .
    • Students will only see applications their instructors have approved for class work. Instructors must submit a list of their course synonyms approved to use Adobe for class work each semester. Student access will be removed at semester end.
       
  • You may need your employee/student email address and password for verification.
  • Installation should take 15 minutes to install, depending on your network speed.



     

Sign into Adobe Creative Cloud  

  • Open Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • Sign in with your email address.
  • [ Continue ]
  • Click Company or School Account.




     
  • You may be required to use your MFA device (multi-factor authentication) to be successful. Verification is timed. If you exceed the time limit to input your MFA code or click ‘Approve’, please try again. 
     
  • Adobe Creative Cloud may require an update at first sign-in. It may take 10-15 minutes to complete, depending on your network speed.
     
  • Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to install and update applications. Tutorials are listed under Resource Links.
