How to sign in to your myTCC Email on a computer or device.

Instructions

To sign in to your myTCC email, visit the Outlook Web Access page from a browser on a computer, or add your account to the Outlook app on your phone or tablet.

When adding your myTCC email account, please be sure to enter your full TCC email address, which is your.username@my.tccd.edu and your network password. Once you are signed in, you can check your mail, send new messages, view your calendar, and more.

When you add an account to the Outlook app, you can sign in to the app using that account. You can also add multiple accounts to the app and switch among them.

Computer

Web-client - PC and Mac

  1. On your computer, open your browser -TCC preferred browser is Microsoft Edge
  2. Go to Outlook Web Access
  3. Click the Sign in in the upper right corner
  4. Enter your TCC account email and password
  5. If you are already signed in to another Outlook account, (i.e. Faculty members with both @my.tccd.edu and @tccd.edu account, or a personal Outlook account)
    • Click your display image in the upper right corner > Sign in with a different accountPick an account, OR Use another account > Enter email and password

Tip: If you are signing in to a public computer, make sure to sign out before leaving the computer.

PC Desktop App

  1. Open your Outlook app
  2. Enter your TCC account email and password
  3. If you are already signed in to another Outlook account, (i.e. Faculty members with both @my.tccd.edu and @tccd.edu account, or a personal Outlook account)
    • Click your display image in the upper right corner > +Add an account > Enter email and password

Mac

Apple Mail App

  1. Launch System Preferences
  2. Click Internet Accounts
  3. To add a new email, click the "+" button at the bottom of the list, and then click on Microsoft Exchange
  4. Enter your myTCC email and password in the pop up, click Next
  5. Once you're signed in, you'll have the option to choose which features to link to your email. If you just want Mail, disable the other features like Contacts and Calendar, and click "Done."

Outlook for Mac App

Be sure you have set up Authenticator access

  1. On your iOS phone or tablet, download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store
  2. Open the Outlook app, Tap Get Started if this is your first time.
    • Otherwise, Tap your image in the upper-left corner > Settings Mail Accounts  > Add Mail Account
  3. Type your TCC email address, click Add Account
  4. Authenticate through the Authenticator app
  5. Select whether you would like to add another account -most will select Maybe Later
  6. There may be a notification that the app needs to restart, select Ok
  7. Reopen the app, hit Ok to dismiss the notification
  8. Select your notification preferences
  9. After your account is added, you will remain signed in to the app

Android Device

Be sure you have set up Authenticator access

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, download the Outlook app from the Play Store
  2. Tap Get Started if this is your first time.
    • Otherwise, to add another email account, open the Menu Settings Add Account > Add Email Account
  3. Outlook may offer to detect your Google accounts. TCC is no longer supporting Google integration products, tap Skip
  4. Enter your TCC email address, then tap Continue.
  5. Enter your password and tap Sign In or Next.
  6. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, verify your identity
  7. After your account is added, you will remain signed in to the app

iOS Device

Be sure you have set up Authenticator access

  1. On your iOS phone or tablet, download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store
  2. Open the Outlook app, Tap Get Started if this is your first time.
    • Otherwise, Tap your image in the upper-left corner > Settings Mail Accounts  > Add Mail Account
  3. Type your TCC email address, click Add Account
  4. Authenticate through the Authenticator app
  5. Select whether you would like to add another account -most will select Maybe Later
  6. There may be a notification that the app needs to restart, select Ok
  7. Reopen the app, hit Ok to dismiss the notification
  8. Select your notification preferences
  9. After your account is added, you will remain signed in to the app
