Instructions
Download WebEx
- Open the Start menu on your computer, navigate and open the Company Portal
- Search for WebEx, there will be two options, if you are not using VDI, click on the WebEx icon

- Click Install. The installation will take several minutes. In the upper-left of the screen you will see the installation progress bar.

- Once the installation is complete you will see a blue check with Installed.
- Search your start menu for WebEx, open the application to log in
- You should be prompted to verify your identity through MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)
- Once your identity is verified you will see a pop up about E911, click OK
- There will be a second pop-up to input your E911 location information -- Please see Article - WebEx; E911 Location for information about updating your E911 location.
