1) In Horizon Client click the ▼ on "Exit Fullscreen" and select both screens as shown in the picture below. (Please download the Horizon client, if don't have this application Article - How to install VMware Horiz... (tccd.edu) )
2) After selecting the screens all monitors will show on the display. You may drag your favourite application to the secondary monitor as shown below.
