Upload Error: Something went wrong, check your connection, and try again

User tries to upload a file into the Rich Content Editor (RCE) but receives a, " Something went wrong, check your connection, and try again " error message.

Use the Attach file feature instead of uploading the file through the Rich Content Editor (RCE). If the user uses the embed option on the Rich Content Editor (RCE) for their image upload, it will count towards their file storage quota. If they use the attachment option to add the image it will not.
