Download the Google Chrome Proctorio Extension from within Canvas.
Issue:
When using the Google Chrome browser, the Proctorio extension for Canvas will not download. You may receive the following message. “We are sorry, but you do not have access to Chrome Web Store. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access”. If you receive this message apply the following resolution.
Steps To Implement
Sign out of your Chrome account. Go back into Canvas and click on the link to get the extension. Link will open in Chrome and extension will download as designed. You can left click on the “extensions link” at the top of the Chrome browser and go to “Manage Extensions” to confirm the Proctorio extension downloaded and is turned on.
