MS Teams Voice: Block External or Unknown Callers

Steps

To block external callers that have called you:

1. Click on the Calls tab on the left side of your screen
2. Click on the History option in the Calls menu
3. Locate the external phone number you wish to block
4. Click on the …(More options) button
5. From that menu, click the option to Block
6. The number is now added to your block list in your Settings

To block all external calls with no caller ID:

1. Click on your person icon in the top-right corner of your screen
2. Click the option for Settings
3. Click the option for Privacy in the tabs on the left side of the Settings menu
4. Under Blocked contacts, select the option to Block calls with no caller ID

This process should be turned on for External or Unknown callers. DO NOT block internal TCCD phone numbers.
