Hello!TCC: Roster or Attendance Error

If an instructor gets an error when trying access their class roster or attendance in Hello!TCC, check SOFF in Colleague.
If the start and end time is missing this will cause an error in Hello!TCC.
If there are two lectures exactly the same date and time this will cause an error. If the Section Builder really meant to do that, then they will need to make one of them “arranged”.
If so, send an email to Section.Solutions@tccd.edu and they will need to correct this.
