How To...

Instructions

1. Log into the Microsoft Team's client via the web or desktop client.
   • Web URL: https://teams.microsoft.com

2. Once signed in, Click the Calls tab.

3. Go to Type a name or number field and enter desired name or phone number to call.
   • Internal dialing uses dial by name
   • External dialing uses 1+ the full phone number to dial : Example 18175158223

4. Click the Call button.

5. Once the Call button is clicked, the active call will pop up in the call control window.

6. During the active call, the Keypad button can be selected to make DTMF choices for IVR and Call Center choices.

7. When call is completed, Click the Leave button.
