How to Provision a Switch in SDA

Provisioning adds site based data like what AAA server to use, SNMP groups and users, timezone and services we want to run on the switch.

Log into DNAC

1) Go to the inventory page. Select the Hamburger (the three lines in the upper left corner) then select provision --> inventory.

2) Find your devices in the inventory page.

3) select the check box next to switches you want to provision.

4) the select action --> provision --> provision device

     click next (nothing to do on the first screen)

     select the switches

     check "Push templates even if its deployed before"

     select next

     view summary

     select deploy

     wait for the success banner for each switch

     success
