NovoPRO On-Screen Firmware Upgrade

(First of all, please make sure the NovoPro device is connected to the Internet).

Step 1. Connect a mouse to the USB port in back of the NovoPro device or use the NovoPro Remote to navigate through the screen. 

Step 2.  After the device boots up click on the NovoPro icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 3. Click on “Settings”.

Step 4. Click on “Firmware Upgrade” to start the upgrade process.

Step 5. The Novo device will begin the upgrade process.

• If no upgrade is found, you will be prompted with the following screen.

• If upgrade is available, the device will prompt whether you want to download the update. After you click OK, it proceeds to the next step.

• The device will start downloading the new firmware and install it afterwards. You will see the upgrade progress. At the end of the upgrade, the device will reboot automatically.
