Orbit users experiencing "Successfully logged out locally from SAML SSO"

Confirm that no other text followis the main Orbit URL: orbit.tccd.edu. Some users prefer to bookmark a full path to reports, or have text that auto-populates after the link, however these will cause there to be an error.

 

Orbit users experiencing "Error validating SAML message" using Orbit XLEdge

Orbit's instructions for running a report in XLEdge are the following:

1. Open a Microsoft Excel workbook and go to the Orbit GLSense tab.

2. On the Orbit GLSense tab, in the Logon group, click Login.

3. Select the desired instance and log in to the Orbit XLEdge using valid credentials.

4. In the ORBIT XLEdge, the Reports section appears with the available report folders.

Orbit users experiencing "Error: 500 Internal Server Error"

Orbit users experiencing "This site cannot be reached" error

Orbit must be accessed within the TCC network or using the VPN. Users will need to make sure they meet one of these conditions to access the site.
