Paying for Recertification at TCC for IT Staff

  1. Log in to service.tccd.edu
  2. Select OneIT ticketing application
  3. Select OneIT Services
  4. Select IT Administrative Support
  5. Select Request Subscription, Membership, or Certification Renewal
  6. Select Submit a Ticket
  7. Enter information into all required fields
  8. Select Request
  9. Wait for communication from IT Admin and they will work with you to pay for recertification
