How To Reset a Password for Springshare Products (LibGuides, LibAnswers, LibChat, LibWizard)

• Springhare products (LibGuides, LibAnswers, LibChat, LibWizard) do not use TCC Single Sign On for authentication.
• Springshare maintains accounts and passwords for their products.
• Users must have a Springshare account for any Springshare product in order to log in to that product.
• Springshare accounts are based on email address, and the email address must be correct.

Steps To Implement

1. Visit the Springshare login page at https://tccd.libapps.com/libapps/login.php
2. Click Reset Password
   1. 
3. Enter your email address and solve the CAPTCHA.
   1. 
4. Click the Reset Password button.
   1. 
5. An email will be sent to your email address.
   1. 
6. Check your email and click the provided link.
   1. 
7. In the page that opens in your browser, enter your new password and Save.
