Mapping network drives
Instructions, Steps, or Information
1. Open File Explorer
2. Look to the left for PC
3. RIght click PC
4. Select Map Network Drive
5. Select whatever letter you want to map, except for C.
6. Type in the network path starting with 2 back slashes - example \\Server1000.all.fqdn.net
7. Click browse
8. If the path is correct, number 6., then a menu will pop up with a drop down arrow. Select that drop down arrow.
9. Find the directory you want mapped and click it once.
10. Click OK, and then FINISH
11. Look to the left and you should see the drive you want mapped. If it's not there, close File Explorer and reopen it to find it of just click off PC and back on PC to make it appear.
