There are two resolutions: 1) have the student contact the registrar to correct the record by removing the illegal character (accents are not allowed). 2) send a screen shot of the record to academic.records@tccd.edu so they can correct the record. Ask that they notify you and the student when done. The first solution is the quickest for the student as the second could take up to 2 weeks during busy periods. Until this is done the student record can not complete the steps necessary to create an account. No email address will be generated. Once academic records completes the correction the account will be created overnight automatically.
