Add/Change Email Signature to Outlook Profile

Steps To Implement

From the Microsoft Outlook app

  • Click on “File” at the top left
  • Click on “options” on bottom left pane

  • New windows appear, select “Mail

 

  • Select “Signatures

  • A signature properties windows appears

  • Create each signature template separately and save it each time. The format of each email signature is in accordance with your department policies.
  • To display a signature, just select it from each drop-down arrow of each appropriate email functions, ok to exit
