Steps To Implement
From the Microsoft Outlook app
Click on “
File
” at the top left
Click on “
options
” on bottom left pane
New windows appear, select “
Mail
”
Select “
Signatures
”
A signature properties windows appears
Create each signature template separately and save it each time. The format of each email signature is in accordance with your department policies.
To display a signature, just select it from each drop-down arrow of each appropriate email functions, ok to exit
