Add/Change Email Signature to Outlook Profile
Steps To Implement
From the Microsoft Outlook app
- Click on “File” at the top left
- Click on “options” on bottom left pane

- New windows appear, select “Mail”


- A signature properties windows appears

- Create each signature template separately and save it each time. The format of each email signature is in accordance with your department policies.
- To display a signature, just select it from each drop-down arrow of each appropriate email functions, ok to exit
