How To Request Changes to LibChat Accounts

 

Steps To Implement

  1. Visit https://service.tccd.edu and sign in
  2. Once signed in, click your name and select "TDNext"
  3. Click the One IT tab
  4. Click "+New" and select "Service Request Form"
  5. Begin typing "library" into the search field, then select "REQ - Request a Change to Library System"
  6. For each account, please provide the following information in the Details field:
    • Full name (first and last name)
    • Email address (must be xxx@tccd.edu or xxx@my.tccd.edu)
    • Action to be taken (add account, remove access, change chat departments)
    • If adding an account, Which chat department will this person be monitoring?
      • Computer Science/Information Technology
      • Language Learning Center
      • Library Technology Support for Students
      • Math Center
      • Science Learning Center
      • Writing and Reading Centers
      • TCC Libraries
