• Colleague Access/User ID

• GL Account Number to process Student/Senior Ed Honorarium payment requests

• Payee ID

What is the process for Student/Senior Ed Payment Requests?

- Requestor Submits Payment Request in MyTCCTrack assigning Payee, Approver, and GL

- Voucher number automatically assigned and emailed

- Approver Approves in Colleague UI > APRN

- Accounts Payable pays on Tuesdays.
