In most cases, you can expect to receive a response within 48 hours. Full resolution of the request will depend on the complexity of the request and the current resources available to meet the requirements.

If available, please provide what the CPU, Disk, and Memory for the application you need a virtual server for or any enhancements you are requesting. A staff member will follow up with you to get any additional details needed. Please remember that ALL applications will require an Information Security Review prior to approval.
