What is this service?
This process is used to engage the Information Technology (IT) organization when a request for new software is made by groups/individuals at Tarrant County College District (TCCD). The review will examine the requested software, compare to software already in place, and provide an assessment to the requestor(s) to use as part of the final decision-making process.

Please Note:
- If your request will be over $25,000, download the Significant New Funding Request (SNFR) form (located on the bottom right of this page) and attach the completed form to your request.
- If you are looking to order a new piece of standard equipment, please use the "Request a New Device or Accessory" form.

What are the expected response times for this service?
In most cases, you can expect to receive a response within five business days. The entire evaluation process can take up to 3-4 weeks.
