TDX Knowledge: Sign in

As of June 2024 all TCC Faculty and Staff should log in to TDX to view the knowledge base. Articles intended for students do not require log in. 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the TCC Service Center and Knowledge Base
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner

  1. Click to log in via SSO; or enter your TCC credentials. Multifactor Authenticate as prompted.
  2. You are now logged in and can see all Knowledge Articles and submit Help Desk Tickets.
