From the Microsoft Outlook app
- Click on “File” at the top left
- Click on “change” under photo icon
This will open Office 365 Outlook on the web and ‘Change Your Photo’ screen will appeared
- Click on “Upload a new photo” link
Find the location of the saved photo on your pc and double click. This will change your profile picture. Move the slider to enlarge the photo as you wished then click “Apply” link below the photo to save it.
It may take a couple of days before it is saved in all the servers and starts to show up in your Outlook mail and Microsoft Team applications.
