Creating, Cloning, Editing Database Surveys in LibWizard

  1. Make sure the database works with the EZproxy stanza. If not, contact OCLC support to have the stanza added. (support@oclc.org)

  2. Log in to LibApps https://tccd.libapps.com/libapps/login.php and click LibWizard.

  3. Click on Surveys

  4. Click on the databases folder

  5. Find the name of the last database survey created so it can be cloned, then click Create New.

  6. Choose the last survey created from the drop down list (in this example, it is Niche Academy).

  7. Change the information in each field to the information for the new database (in this example, Credo InfoLit).

  8. Starting with Edit "Welcome Screen" at the top, change the information for each question from the old database name to the new database name:

  9. For the Welcome screen, click the source button so that the button text can be changed.

  10. Change all instances of the old database name to the new database name and change the URL.

  11. Save the edited Welcome screen, then edit the first question. Change the old database name to the new database name.

  12. Change the name of the database in each of the next several questions.

  13. Back in the Workpad - Content Area, click on Settings

  14. Change the dates to those of the trial period.

  15. Back in the Workpad - Content Area, click on Share / URL
    • ​​​​​​​Click Share/URL
  16. ​​​​​​​Copy the Friendly URL to add to the library home page and/or to share with DRCM, who can send it to the Library Directors or LC Deans.
