How do I access the TCC Service Center?

The TCC Service Center is Tarrant County College's centralized support hub for the Knowledge Base and IT service requests, accessible by logging in with your college credentials at service.tccd.edu (opens in new window). 

Students can access the TCC Service Center without logging in to view general support content, but employees must sign in with their college credentials to see all available resources and submit service requests.

Log In to the Service Center

  1. Navigate to the TCC Service Center and Knowledge Base
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner

  1. Click to log in via SSO; or enter your TCC credentials. Multifactor Authenticate as prompted.
  2. You are now logged in and can see all Knowledge Articles and submit Help Desk Tickets.

To browse the service catalog,

  1. Click Services on the top blue ribbon
  2. Click on specific categories to narrow your search results.

To browse knowledge articles,

  1. Click Knowledge Base on the top blue ribbon
  2. Narrow down content results by filtering through categories.
  • Search specific keywords or phrases from Services or the Knowledge Base in the top left search bar
    • Click the drop-down to the left of the search bar to filter the search results to just services or knowledge articles, or all
    • The following operators are available for Search
      • AND: Requires that both terms are included in the results. For example, cats AND dogs will find results including both cats and dogs.
      • NOT: Requires that the term after NOT is not included in the results. For example, cats NOT dogs will find results including cats and exclude all results that include dogs.
      • OR: Allows results where either term is included. For example, cats OR dogs will find results with either term. As the OR operator is the default search operator, the previous example would be equivalent to searching for cats dogs.
      • "": Requires that the exact phrase is included in the results. For example "cats and dogs" will search for results including the exact phrase "cats and dogs".
      • #: Searches for a tag, in areas that support tags. For example, #animals will search for articles that are tagged with the animals tag.
