Portal Registration:

Please have everyone that needs access to this portal register here: https://statelocalgov.tmorders.com.  Select CREATE ACCOUNT and complete all the starred fields. Once all users are registered, please confirm via the email address of everyone that has registered and the level of access they should have in the portal:  

1. Orders –  order new service and equipment 
2. Account Maintenance – make changes to account services 
3. Reporting – view only access 
4. MACD & Hierarchy Management - reporting and management 
5. Admin - all of the above 

Request level 5 access. Barb Wooldridge, Barbara.Wooldridge@T-Mobile.com, is our contact at T-Mobile if you have issues. Once they have access, they can use the attached administration guides to turn devices on/off.
