Accessing your TCC account while traveling outside the United States

Due to security protocols if you are traveling outside of the United States, you will not have access to your TCC account or network resources automatically.

The best practice is to create a TDX help desk ticket or call the Tech 24/7 help desk at 817-515-8324 prior to travel. State that you will be traveling outside the United States and need to access your TCC account and resources. The Service desk group will add permission to your account to log in from outside the United States while you are traveling.

If you are already outside the United States and need account access call the Tech 24/7 help desk at 817-515-8324. State that you currently traveling outside the United States and need to access your TCC account and resources. The 24/7 help desk group will create a ticket and route to the Service desk group who will grant your account permission to log in from outside the United States. Note: This process is slower than requesting access prior to travel. Depending on when the ticket was created and due to time difference in your travel location the account permissions may be delayed.

You will be notified when the permission has been added to your account.
