MS Teams: Invalid Meeting/Busy Status

How To...

Resolve the issue where the Teams status shows "In a Meeting"/"Busy" but no meetings are scheduled.

Steps To Implement

  1. Confirm there are no meetings scheduled on the Teams or Outlook calendar
  2. Click on the user display icon on the top right corner of Teams
  3. Click on the Status drop-down 
  4. Click Reset Status
