If trying to log into One Drive and getting the error “One Drive cannot connect to the Internet”, and the device has a network connection, we will need to change the TLS settings in Internet Options.
Steps To Implement
How to Change the TLS Settings in Internet Options.
- From your Windows menu, search for and open Internet Options

- Click the Advanced tab
- Scroll all the way to the Bottom to show the TLS settings
- Make sure that TLS 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 radio is selected.

- Hit Apply then OK and Close the Window
- You should be able to sign into OneDrive again
