Using Mobile Phone (SMS) Multi-Factor Authentication with cloud.tccd.edu (VDI)
Steps To Implement
1) Open a Web browser and go to cloud.tccd.edu.
2) Enter your "Email Address" below that ends with @tccd.edu.
3) Next enter the "Network Password" for your @tccd.edu mailbox. Click "Sign in."
4) You will see the login message has changed to “Enter Your Microsoft verification code.”
- Clear the current “Enter Network Password”
- Enter the 6 digit code from your mobile phone (SMS).
5) After Multi-Factor Authentication process is completed, you will see a similar screen as shown below.
