- Start by cleaning up unused channels within the Team
- Can some be deleted or merged with another?
- Design your Team for long term use
- Focus on the goals for the Team or department
- Short term project? Utilize one-on-one chat or group chat to manage instead of creating a Team or Channel
- Right click on the chat and select Pin to keep the conversation top of view
- Check the files section of your channels
- Remove duplicates and organize into proper folders
