You can order an official TCC PDF e-transcript or paper transcript online. PDF e-transcripts or paper transcripts can be sent to any college or university, or to any individual or third party, via email or postal mail.

Request an Official TCC Transcript

Current Students

Current students who know their Hello!TCC credentials should visit the Official Transcript Request link on the Student Menu of Hello!TCC.  By connecting to Parchment this way, the student’s identity is authenticated, and the order process is faster.  This is also the preferred method for former students who remember their Hello!TCC credentials or who are able to complete the credential recovery process for Hello! by clicking Password Help on the landing page.

If you are a current student requesting an official e-transcript or paper transcript,

1. Log in to Hello!TCC
2. Select Students
3. Select Official Transcript Request under the Student Records Services heading

You can log in to Hello!TCC to view the status of your request. Get help with your Hello! username or password.

Former Students

Former students who do not remember their credentials can go directly to Parchment at the link listed on the transcripts page.  Parchment does not require a student to know their ID number when placing an order.  Other information from the student will be used to authenticate the student and take the order (or, a Records team member will be asked by Parchment to assist).
