Hello!TCC: Attendance Error: A value already exists and cannot be added again

Question

What should you do if you are trying to take attendance for the first time for a section in Hello!TCC, and you receive the following error message --

"A value already exists and cannot be added again."? 

Answer

Most likely, your section has been created with two identical meeting dates/times. Reach out to your department to review the section meeting information and make any necessary changes. Then notify section.solutions@tccd.edu of the change. This may or may not fix the attendance issue.
